FIVE Validation wins silver in three categories at the 29th edition of the Sindusfarma Quality Award
Sindusfarma, founded in 1933, is the Pharmaceutical Products Industry Union in the State of São Paulo. Its main objective is to defend pharmaceutical interests both in the state and throughout Brazil.
FIVE Validation was recognized at the 29th edition of the Sindusfarma Quality Award with silver medals in three categories, consolidating its position among the leading service providers and solution partners for the Brazilian pharmaceutical sector.

The Sindusfarma Quality Award is held annually by the Pharmaceutical Products Industry Union and honors suppliers and service providers that stand out in their areas of expertise through the consistent adoption of Good Practices, compliance with regulatory requirements, and a strong commitment to quality.
The evaluation process consists of two stages. The first is an open vote by pharmaceutical companies, which nominate the suppliers with whom they’ve had the best experiences. The second stage involves a rigorous technical audit conducted by an independent committee, which evaluates documentary evidence, records, certifications, and operational systems used by the competing companies. Each participant’s final score is composed of 90% from the audit and 10% from the popular vote.
FIVE Validation achieved the highest possible score (10.00) in the audit across all categories, reflecting the consistency of the company’s quality management system and its alignment with international standards such as ISO 9001:2015 (quality) and ISO 27001:2022 (information security).
In the Software and Solutions for Equipment category, the GO!FIVE® platform was highlighted, which integrates lifecycle management of validation, document control, change management, traceability, and technical support. The audit confirmed the system's validation, IT infrastructure qualification, and the presentation of security and functionality reports.
In the Production Services category, auditors assessed technical delivery processes involving computerized systems validation.
In the Quality Management Consulting category, the evaluation included audit services provided to clients, technical consulting, internal and external training, and the documentary structure supporting regulated areas.
The recognition received at the 29th edition of the Sindusfarma Award reinforces FIVE Validation’s positioning as a strategic supplier for the pharmaceutical industry, not only in Brazil, but also in international markets.
